At just 15 years old, Andressa Urach began a love affair with Tiago Costa. The couple moved in within three months. Arthur Urach Costa was born in May of 2005. The couple broke up after a period of six years of marriage due to differences. Andressa took over with their child at the home of her mother. After six months of separation, she lost her job, and then was forced to leave her son with his father, in hopes of pursuing to make a living in Sao Paulo however, being extremely ambitious and vain, her main objective in leaving Sao Paulo was to leave the South was to get rich and famous. Andressa Urach claims in her book Morri para Viver of being abused sexually between the age of 2 to 8 by her foster grandpa. Andressa was only able to rid herself of the trauma because her foster mother caught Andressa on camera. Andressa moved back to be with his mother but she didn't know anything about the incident until Andressa made public her memoir. She said that before her spiritual journey began, it was difficult for her to forgive her victim. It was the toughest decisions I've ever made. I reached out to the individual who had assaulted me sexually. It wasn't an easy decision. Although I was not guilty I did ask for forgiveness on the phone after many prayer vows. The request to forgive me wasn't justified. Mariste Urach explains in a interview with Globo her feelings as she discovered the abuse her daughter been subjected to. She went to the interior town of Rio Grande do Sul, where the pedophile hid to retaliate.
