Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Fharquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother and Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London in the 70s, where she studied the flute piano as well as the harpsichord for three consecutive years. The money she earned came from the student allowance, and relied on part-time employment to augment her income. Lennox felt that her skills weren't as good as those of the Royal Academy classmates. So she started thinking of other routes she could choose. Lennox began her career in 1976 in the band Dragons Playground. She quit the band before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. Between 1977 and 1980, she was the lead vocalist for The Tourists, a British Pop band. The band was where she met Dave Stewart and together they created their duo Eurythmics. Lennox started working on her solo debut album Diva, which was released in 1992. The album received a lot of praise from the press and critics. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album by herself was released in October of 2014. The C.D. is a selection of Lennoxs favourite blues and soul tunes from her upbringing. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four impromptu piano pieces was released by Lennox in the month of May, 2019. The E.P. The first single from her debut album, Now I Letting You Go... It is the perfect accompaniment to her work of work at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. Annie Lennox (born December 25, 1954) is an artist from Scotland. Scottish politician and singer. At the end of the 70s, she gained a little fame when the lead singer the group known as The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international notoriety in the 80s under the name Eurythmics. Lennox made her debut as a solo artist in 1992 with the release of Diva, which featured many of her most popular tracks like Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is her album in 1995. studio, features version covers of the songs No MoreI Love Yous and The Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer is acknowledged with the release of six studio albums on her own and a compilation.
